Con­cep­tu­ally, Pen­guin Hall is an infor­mally ele­gant res­i­den­tial refuge where inde­pen­dence is prized, bur­dens are buffered and Wise Living’s sup­port ser­vices are inte­gral. It is a com­mu­nity built on concierge ser­vices where health care, when nec­es­sary, is deliv­ered in the home.

The new activ­ity areas

Then there are the new com­mon areas. These indul­gences aren’t diver­sions for the bored, they’re oppor­tu­ni­ties for the active — the best of the good life, res­i­dent owned and con­ve­niently located. All ser­vices are a la carte; you pay only for what you choose to receive. Dine in the restau­rant when you choose; team with neigh­bors to hire free­lance experts (yoga instruc­tors, etc.); do your own house­work or bring your cur­rent helper; res­i­dents choose to pursue.
